It’s true when they say save the best for last. The first shop I went to left me feeling like another person walking through the door. Shopping with Nadira at Kaitlyns Bridal has been the best customer service experience. Not only does she have a beautiful selection of dresses, but I found my dress! She has a great eye for what looks best on the bride and the one on one shopping experience is much appreciated. There was consistent communication throughout the ordering and delivery process. My fiancé and I were going to elope but now I’m considering having a ceremony so I can wear my dress longer! I absolutely love my dress and will recommend Kaitlyns Bridal to any future brides I know.

All over a great experience! The shop is very charming and Nadira is very helpful and kind. This was the the third store I’d tried and finally found the dress!! I never felt pressured and enjoyed searching at Kaitlyn’s. Nadira is very knowledgeable and I felt that she truly cared about me. I even walked out with a gorgeous veil to top it off. Definitely recommend this place!!

Nadira is just amazing. First place I visit to try on wedding dresses and I cannot say enough. She basically dress me from head to toe. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable. I said yes to the dress ❤️💕💞❣️

I arrived to Kaitlyns Bridal with low expectations thinking that I wouldnt be able to find anything but I ended up leaving with my dress and veil!!!! Nadira was amazing! Super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She gave me different options to choose from and also her honest opinion. I never felt pressured to purchase anything not like other shops. I even got a 20% discount!! I will most definitely reccomend to all my friends and family! I gave a 5 star review.

Nadira was amazing when helping me find my dress! I had been searching all day and came across her page. I went to her house and was amazed with the selection she had! I am so happy for her that she has a store front now where she can serve her brides with a one of a kind experience. My dress was absolutely perfect for my wedding and matched my personality to a T! She knew it would be perfect for me as soon as I walked in the door. Her kindness and generosity made the experience even more magical! I couldn’t be more pleased 😍 all thanks to Nadira and her amazing customer service she is very kind and beyond helpful she is very attentive and kept me up to date with the shipping process constantly communicating with me and putting me at ease. I also bought all of my bridal jewelry with her as well along with my dream dress and veil. Everything that I need for my big day at one boutique! I love it ! The best experience that I have had and I have been to Many bridal shops. The environment was just so personal and relaxed I can’t say enough good things about Kaitlyns bridal boutique! The owner is extremely nice and helpful. For now, her upstairs in her house has the ambiance of a bridal suite. She has a selection of wedding dresses at 40%off!
We enjoyed being there and I highly recommend Kaitlyn's Bridal.

I bought my wedding dress from Kaitlyns Bridal and I am so happy with my experience! Before going here, I went to different boutiques and tried on many dresses, but couldn’t find anything that matched my taste and budget. Nadira went above and beyond to help me find a dress and veil that I absolutely loved at the perfect price! She was so patient, and accommodating when I was looking. Once I ordered, she constantly provided me with updates on my order, and overall had amazing customer service. If you are on the search for your dress and you want to work with someone you can trust to deliver a high quality product and customer service, I encourage you to check her business out. You will not be disappointed! FYI she does online orders and in person purchases.

Omg I just received my veil and I can’t stop crying everything is just beautiful and so amazingly packaged you can’t help but feel like pampered royalty, the box and details is exquisite the prettiest box I own now, my veil was lovingly packed with multiple layers for protection with a detailed receipt in envelope along with the boutiques business cards, promo brochure, original tags, beautiful wrapping tissue now about the veil itself, its so much more stunning and breathtaking in person it’s delicate and whimsical yet made with the upmost professionalism and with every attention to detail and sturdy on the comb, the lace is thick and intricate with beautiful beading the fabric is lush and soft this veil looks and feels easily like thousands of dollars worth I’m so grateful and humbled with Nadira for working with my budget and making my dream to look and feel like a queen come true , her customer service is excellent her level and timing with communication was super flexible , detailed and easy going never did I feel intimidated, confused or overwhelmed, I was nervous at first purchasing such an important item on faith and online but I’m so happy I did I purchased last Thursday night Nadira mailed it out the following Friday and I received it today early afternoon Monday , my only regret is living two hours away from this wonderful lady and her beautiful boutique because I want to give her a big hug for my enchanting veil and for providing me with the best experience ever! 🥰❤️Thank You Nadira and Kaitlyns Bridal🌟
